Class Location: In and around Valley Forge National Historical Park (King of Prussia, PA).
Date and Time: The class usually meets most Saturday mornings (class time may vary based on the number of participants and time of the year). No experience is necessary for most sessions. For advanced classes (which will be clearly indicated), we prefer that you have a lesson in the basic technique before joining the group. The lesson can be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
Private Classes: One-on-one classes are available upon request. Contact By Foot Again, LLC for more information.
Waiver and Acknowledgement of Risks: Completion with your name and signature of these documents is mandatory for all activities.
Class Length: We usually walk for approximately two hours (4-5 miles). This includes warm-up and stretch time.
Prorating: By Foot Again, LLC will accept late registrations if the class is not full.
Inclement Weather: We usually step out in appropriate clothing and walk unless there is a heavy rain or chances of thunderstorm. If the weather is uncertain, please call or check the web site for an update.
Equipment: Dress as you would for a walk or jog in the park. Wearing good sport shoes that correctly hold the foot and ankle is a must. Waterproof hiking shoes and rain jacket are recommended when the weather is uncertain. When the weather is getting chilly, in addition to an appropriate jacket, a hat and gloves are a nice addition to avoid getting cold.
Nordic Walking Equipment: Nordic walking poles are necessary to practice this activity. You can use our poles or you might wish to bring your own set. It is essential that poles be Nordic walking poles and not hiking poles.
Missed Classes: Make up classes and refunds are not permitted.
Credit & Refund: You will received a full refund or full credit if By Foot Again, LLC receives a written notification before the start of the second class. No refunds will be issued after the second class of each session.

Communication: Email is the primary and preferred method of communication. Make sure to provide an updated e-mail address.
